Of the unobligated balances available in the Nonrecurring Expenses Fund established in section 223 of division G of Public Law 110–161 , $37,500,000, in addition to any funds otherwise made available for such purpose in this, previous, or subsequent fiscal years, shall be available for acquisition of real property, equipment, design, construction, installation, renovation, and repair and improvement for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to develop the replacement Lake Lynn Experimental Mine and Laboratory facility.
