Sec. 5. Termination of existing emergency declarations

Each national emergency declared under section 201 of the National Emergencies Act ( 50 U.S.C. 1621 ) before the date of the enactment of this Act (other than a national emergency described in section 6(b)) shall terminate on such date of enactment.
