Section 32903(g) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraph

(3)and inserting the following: The maximum increase in any compliance category attributable to transferred credits is— for model year 2021, 4.0 miles per gallon; and for model year 2022 and subsequent model years, 6.0 miles per gallon. .
