This Act may be cited as the or the Build, Utilize, Invest, Learn, and Deliver for Veterans Act of 2022 . BUILD for Veterans Act of 2022 The table of contents for this Act is as follows: Sec. 1. Review of climate resilience of facilities, land, and other relevant capital assets of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Sec. 202. Reports on capital asset planning, management, budgeting, staffing, and performance of Department of Veterans Affairs. Sec. 203. Annual report on completion of disposal and reuse requirements of Department of Veterans Affairs. Sec. 204.
