The table of subtitles at the beginning of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new item:
F. Space Component 20101 . If subtitle F of title 10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a), or any chapter of that subtitle, as so added, is not amended during the period beginning on the day after the date of the enactment of this Act and ending on December 31, 2026, such subtitle or chapter, as the case may be, is repealed effective on January 1, 2027.
