Section 161(b)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)as clauses
(i)and (ii), respectively, and by moving such clauses, as so redesignated, two ems to the right; by striking the President shall notify and inserting the following: “the President shall— notify ; in clause (ii), as redesignated by paragraph (1), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: during that 60-day period, provide to the congressional defense committees a briefing on the revisions described in subparagraph (A)(ii). .
