Section 4955(a)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking $1,000,000 and inserting $1,500,000 . Section 4961 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking Director of the Defense Logistics Agency and inserting Secretary ; in paragraph (1), by striking three percent and inserting four percent ; and in paragraph (2)— by striking Director and inserting Secretary ; and in subparagraph (A), by inserting , including meetings of any association of such entities, after for meetings .
