Section 701 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsection (d); and by redesignating subsections
(e)through
(m)as subsections
(d)through ( l ). Section 701 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (b), by striking subsections (d), (f), and
(g)and inserting subsections
(e)and
(f); in subsection (f), as redesignated by subsection (a)(2), in the first sentence, by striking subsections (b), (d), and
(f)and inserting subsections
(b)and
(e); and in subsection (i), as so redesignated, in the first sentence, by striking subsections (b), (d), and
(f)and inserting subsections
(b)and
(e). Section 2508(a) of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking section 701(f)(2) and inserting section 701(e) . Title 37, United States Code, is amended— in section 501— in subsection (b)(6), by striking 120 days of leave under section 701(f)(1) and inserting 90 days of leave under section 701(e) ; and in subsection (h), by striking section 701(g) and inserting section 701(f) ; and in section 502(b), by striking section 701(h) and inserting section 701(g) . The amendments made by this section take effect on January 1, 2023.
