Section 1668 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 ( Public Law 117–81 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(2), by striking at least 20 and inserting no fewer than 64 ; in subsection (b), by striking fiscal year 2023 and inserting fiscal year 2024 ; and in subsection (c)— in the matter before paragraph (1)— by striking 30 days prior to any and inserting 90 days prior to implementation of a ; and by striking Director and inserting Secretary of Defense ; and in paragraph (2), by striking Director and inserting Secretary .
