(b)and (c), respectively; in subsection (b), as so redesignated— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking 2025 and inserting 2029 ; and in paragraph (3), by inserting , as in effect on the day before the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 after subsection (c)(1) ; and in subsection (c), as so redesignated, by striking subsection
(e)each place it appears and inserting subsection
(b).
