Section 344(f) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1)(D), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: the International Special Training Centre, established in 1979 and located in Pfullendorf, Germany. .
