Section 7371 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking the Army War College or the United States Army Command and General Staff College and inserting the Army War College, the United States Army Command and General Staff College, and the Army University ; and by striking subsection (c). The heading of such section is amended to read as follows: . The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 747 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 7371 and inserting the following new item: 7371.
