Section 744I of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379j–53 ) is amended— by striking 2018 each place it appears and inserting 2023 ; by striking Biosimilar User Fee Amendments of 2017 each place it appears and inserting Biosimilar User Fee Amendments of 2022 ; in subsection (a)(4), by striking 2020 and inserting 2023 ; and in subsection (f), by striking 2022 each place it appears and inserting 2027 .
