Sections 737 and 738 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379i ; 379fj) shall cease to be effective October 1, 2027. Section 738A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379j–1 ) shall cease to be effective January 31, 2028. Effective October 1, 2022, subsections
(a)and
(b)of section 210 of the FDA Reauthorization Act of 2017 ( Public Law 115–52 ) are repealed.
