Section 317E(h) of the Public Health Act ( 42 U.S.C. 247b–6(h) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: In addition to amounts otherwise authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this section for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2024. .
