Sec. 7207. Services to reduce HIV/AIDS in racial and ethnic minority communities

For the purpose of reducing new HIV diagnoses in racial and ethnic minority communities, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Minority Health, may make grants to public health agencies and faith-based organizations to conduct— outreach activities related to HIV prevention and testing activities; HIV prevention activities; HIV testing activities; and public health education campaigns on accessing HIV prevention medication. To carry out this section, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2023 through 2026.
