Section 9 of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 13 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(2), by striking subsection 4c and inserting section 4c ; and in subsection (e)— in paragraph (1), by inserting contracts for the sale of digital assets, after options thereon, ; and in paragraph (2), by inserting or contracts for the sale of digital assets after options thereon .
