Section 101(e)(3) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ( 29 U.S.C. 1021(e)(3) ) is amended by striking (as in effect on the date of the enactment of the Surface Transportation and Veterans Health Care Choice Improvement Act of 2015) and inserting (as in effect on the date of enactment of the . RISE & SHINE Act ) Section 403(c)(1) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ( 29 U.S.C. 1103(c)(1) ) is amended by striking (as in effect on the date of the enactment of the Surface Transportation and Veterans Health Care Choice Improvement Act of 2015) and inserting (as in effect on the date of enactment of the . RISE & SHINE Act ) Section 408(b)(13) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ( 29 U.S.C. 1108(b)(13) ) is amended— by striking January 1, 2026 and inserting January 1, 2033 ; and by striking (as in effect on the date of the enactment of the Surface Transportation and Veterans Health Care Choice Improvement Act of 2015) and inserting (as in effect on the date of enactment of the . RISE & SHINE Act ) The amendments made by this section shall apply to transfers made after the date of enactment of this Act.
