Section 902 of the FDA Reauthorization Act of 2017 ( Public Law 115–52 ) is amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1)— by striking March 1 of each year and inserting 120 days after the end of each fiscal year ; and by striking previous calendar year and inserting previous fiscal year .
