Part C of title V of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290cc–21 et seq. ) is amended— in section 522(g)(1) ( 42 U.S.C. 290cc–22(g)(1) ) by striking 20 percent and inserting 25 percent ; and in section 535(a) ( 42 U.S.C. 290cc–35(a) ), by striking $64,635,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022 and inserting $64,635,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027 .
