Section 3132 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (121 Stat. 1141) is amended by striking subsection
(b)and inserting the following: The Secretary is authorized to carry out construction of a project under this section at a total cost of $128,400,000, with the cost shared in accordance with section 103 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2213 ). The Secretary is authorized to carry out feasibility studies for purposes of recommending to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives additional projects under this section. An additional feasibility study carried out under this subsection shall be considered a continuation of the feasibility study that formulated the project carried out under subsection (b). .
