Section 340 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4856) is amended— in the section heading, by striking ; and environmental restoration infrastructure and resource protection development pilot program by striking subsection
(f)and inserting the following: In this section, the term southern West Virginia means the counties of Boone, Braxton, Cabell, Calhoun, Clay, Fayette, Gilmer, Greenbrier, Jackson, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, McDowell, Mercer, Mingo, Monroe, Nicholas, Pendleton, Pocahontas, Putnam, Raleigh, Roane, Summers, Wayne, Webster, Wirt, and Wyoming, West Virginia. . The table of contents contained in section 1(b) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4799) is amended by striking the item relating to section 340 and inserting the following: Sec. 340. Southern West Virginia. .
