Sec. 220. Report on concessionaire practices

Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report on concessionaire lease practices by the Corps of Engineers. The report under subsection

(a)shall include, at a minimum— an assessment of the reasonableness of the formula of the Corps of Engineers for calculating concessionaire rental rates, taking into account the operating margins for sales of food and fuel; and the process for assessing administrative fees to concessionaires across districts of the Corps of Engineers.
