In this subtitle: The term covered item includes semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including extreme ultraviolet photolithography equipment and argon fluoride immersion photolithography equipment. The term critical mineral has the meaning given the term in section 7002(a) of the Energy Act of 2020 ( 30 U.S.C. 1606(a) ). The terms export , in-country transfer , and reexport have the meanings given those terms in section 1742 of the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 ( 50 U.S.C. 4801 ).
