Section 204(c)(1) of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3144(c)(1) ) is amended— in the paragraph heading, by inserting after , Tribal organizations, or Native Hawaiian organizations ; and tribes by inserting , a tribal organization (as defined in section 3 of the NATIVE Act ( after 25 U.S.C. 4352 )), or a Native Hawaiian organization (as defined in that section) Indian tribe .
