Not later than 3 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall— conduct a study of the accessibility of mental health services and substance use disorder treatment and recovery for survivors of sex and labor trafficking in the United States of various ages; and submit a report to Congress containing the findings of such study and recommendations for increased accessibility and affordability for survivors of trafficking.
