The non-Federal match requirements set forth in subsection

(g)of section 202 of the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2005 ( 34 U.S.C. 20702 ) shall not apply to grants under such section during fiscal year 2023. The Federal share limitations set forth in subsections (b)(2)(C) and (f)(3)(B) of section 107 of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 ( 22 U.S.C. 7105 ) shall not apply to grants under subsections (b)(2) and (f)(3) of such section during fiscal year 2023.
