Section 524(c)(1) of title 28, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (H), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (I), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: at the discretion of the Attorney General, payments to reimburse operating expenses and program costs incurred by crime-tip organizations that— annually waive their qualification for— awards for information leading to forfeiture under subparagraph (C); and receiving payment from equitably shared forfeiture funds; and offer rewards for information about violations of Federal criminal laws prohibiting human trafficking. .
