Section 685K(a)(2) of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 9858i(a)(2) ) is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A)— by striking Not later than and all that follows through a State and inserting A State ; and by inserting annually before prepare ; in subparagraph (A), by striking section 658P(6) and inserting section 658A(8) ; and in subparagraph (F), by striking section 658P(6)(B) and inserting section 658A(8)(B) .
