Nothing in this Act or the amendments made by this Act shall be construed to require the head of an agency to disclose sensitive information that— is protected from disclosure under any other law; or that would compromise the security of any information technology system of the Federal Government. Nothing in this Act or the amendments made by this Act shall be construed to authorize or require the head of an agency to inventory, develop a report relating to, or transfer, a national security system.
