Section 319A of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 247d–1 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by inserting , or other federally purchased vaccine to address another pandemic before the period at the end of the first sentence; and by inserting or other pandemic before the period at the end of the second sentence; and in subsection (d), by inserting or other pandemics after influenza pandemics .
