Section 316(b) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 ( 15 U.S.C. 77ppp(b) ) is amended— by striking , except as and inserting “, except— as ; in paragraph (1), as so designated, by striking (a), and except that and inserting “(a); that ; in paragraph (2), as so designated, by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: that the right of any holder of any indenture security to receive payment of the principal of and interest on such indenture security shall not be deemed to be impaired or affected by any change occurring by the application of section 4 of the Adjustable Interest Rate (LIBOR) Act to any indenture security. .
