Section 1202(b)(10)(A) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1322(b)(10)(A) ) is amended by striking September 6, 2021 and inserting September 30, 2022 . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act ( Public Law 116–127 ).
