It shall be the policy of the United States— to secure energy independence; to provide people in the United States with stable, affordable, and reliable energy prices, including gasoline, diesel, electricity, natural gas, and propane; to lift regulations on United States energy producers; and to address the impending energy crisis caused by the illegal invasion by Russia of Ukraine.
