Section 191 ( 42 U.S.C. 12651 ) is amended— by striking a Corporation for National and Community Service and inserting an AmeriCorps Administration ; and by striking The Corporation shall be a Government corporation, as defined in section 103 and inserting The Administration shall be an Executive department, as defined in section 101. . Section 101 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: The AmeriCorps Administration. .
