Section 904(b) of division FF of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 ( 47 U.S.C. 1308(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(A)— in clause (ii), by striking and at the end; and by adding at the end the following: the Department of the Treasury; and ; and in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (C), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the programs administered by the Department of the Treasury. .
Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the covered agencies (as defined in section 904(b) of division FF of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 ( 47 U.S.C. 1308(b) ), as amended by subsection
(a)of this section) shall implement the amendments made by subsection
(a)of this section.
