Section 6 of the National Labor Relations Act ( 29 U.S.C. 156 ) is amended— by striking The Board and inserting

(a)The Board ; and by adding at the end the following: The Board shall not have any authority for enforcement, or adjudication, under this Act or the Teamwork for Employees and Managers Act of 2022 with respect to an employee involvement organization, as defined in section 3 of such Act. .
