Section 41302 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), in the first sentence, by striking or agreement and inserting agreement, fee, or charge ; and in subsection (b)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Agreement ; and Agreement, fee, or charge by inserting , fee, or charge after agreement . The Federal Maritime Commission shall publish on a publicly available website of the Commission a report containing the results of the investigation entitled Fact Finding No. 29, International Ocean Transportation Supply Chain Engagement .
