Not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act and every 6 months thereafter, the Inspector General of the Department of Homeland Security, in coordination with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, shall submit a report to the appropriate congressional committees regarding— the status of the implementation of sections 2401 and 2402; and findings made after announced and unannounced inspections to Department of Homeland Security facilities.
