In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated for fiscal year 2023, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $1,880,000,000 for an additional amount for the Medical Facilities account of the Department of Veterans Affairs, to remain available until expended, for major medical facility leases authorized by section 702. In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for an additional amount for the Medical Facilities account of the Department of Veterans Affairs, to remain available until expended, for major medical facility leases authorized by section 702 or approved pursuant to subchapter I of chapter 81 of title 38, United States Code, as amended by section 703— $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $200,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $400,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $450,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $600,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; $610,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; $620,000,000 for fiscal year 2030; and $650,000,000 for fiscal year 2031.
