Section 1(b) Public Law 86–434 ( 16 U.S.C. 430kk(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in the second sentence, by striking The map and inserting the following: The maps described in subparagraphs
(A)and
(B); by striking
(1)The boundaries and inserting the following: The boundaries ; by inserting after subparagraph
(A)(as so designated) the following: The boundary of the Wilson's Creek National Battlefield is revised to include the approximately 624 acres of land identified as Proposed Addition on the map entitled Wilson's Creek National Battlefield Proposed Boundary Modification , numbered 410/177,379, and dated September 2021. ; and by adding at the end the following: The Secretary of the Interior may correct any clerical or typographical error in a map described in subparagraph
(A)or (B). ; and in paragraph (2)— by striking
(2)The Secretary is authorized to acquire the lands referred to in paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: The Secretary of the Interior may acquire the land described in subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)of paragraph
(1); and in the second sentence, by striking park and inserting Wilson's Creek National Battlefield .
