The NTIA, under the Broadband USA program, shall coordinate with the heads of other Federal agencies, including the Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of Education, to promote, and share information with States and the public regarding, workforce development programs, such as apprenticeships, internships, externships, and other skills training programs, tailored to the telecommunications industry.
