All security assistance being provided to the Government of Ethiopia by the United States Government shall immediately be suspended until such time as the Secretary reports to the appropriate congressional committees that hostilities in northern Ethiopia and related conflicts have ended, and the parties to the conflict are engaged in good faith efforts to reach a comprehensive peace agreement. Not later than 15 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall provide to the appropriate congressional committees a comprehensive list of all assistance halted in compliance with subsection
(a)as of the date of the enactment of this Act.
