The Secretary shall coordinate with units of local government, including the County commission and the City, in accordance with section 202 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 ( 43 U.S.C. 1712 ) and section 1610.3–1 of title 43, Code of Federal Regulations (or a successor regulation) in— developing the management plan; prioritizing implementation of project-level activities under the management plan; developing activities that implement the management plan; and carrying out any other activities under this Act.
