Section 614(a) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5196c(a) ) is amended— by inserting and Indian tribal governments after grants to States ; and by striking State and local and inserting State, local, and Tribal . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to amounts appropriated on or after the date of enactment of this Act.
