For an additional amount for Environmental Protection Agency—State and Tribal Assistance Grants , $453,984,000, to remain available until expended, of which: $438,978,000 shall be for Water and Wastewater Infrastructure grants to be allocated in the amounts specified for those projects and for the purposes delineated in the table that appears under the heading Congressionally Directed Spending in the explanatory statement accompanying this Act, for the construction of drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure and for water quality protection in accordance with the terms and conditions specified for such grants in the explanatory statement accompanying this Act, and, for the purposes of these grants, each grantee shall contribute not less than 20 percent of the cost of the project unless the grantee is approved for a waiver by the Agency; and $15,006,000 shall be for State and Tribal Assistance Grants to be allocated in the amounts specified for those projects and for the purposes delineated in the table that appears under the heading Congressionally Directed Spending in the explanatory statement accompanying this Act for remediation, construction, and related environmental management activities in accordance with the terms and conditions specified for such grants in the explanatory statement accompanying this Act.
