The Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1801 et seq. ) is amended— by striking section 315 ( 16 U.S.C. 1864 ); and by striking the item relating to section 315 in the table of contents. Section 113(b)(2) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Reauthorization Act of 2006 ( 16 U.S.C. 460ss note) is amended— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting Annual report ; Report in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter and inserting Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of the ; and Fishery Resource Disasters Improvement Act , and biennially thereafter in subparagraph (D), by striking the calendar and all that follows through recommendations and inserting the National Research Council’s most recent recommendations .
