Section 150 of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1), by striking all public roads and inserting all roads on the Interstate System ; and in paragraph (3), by striking National Highway System and inserting Interstate System ; in subsection (c)— in paragraph (3)(A)(ii), by striking subclauses
(II)through
(V)and inserting the following: the condition of bridges on the Interstate System; and the performance of the Interstate System; ; by striking paragraph (5); and by redesignating paragraph
(6)as paragraph (5); in subsection (d)(1), by striking (5), and
(6)and inserting and
(5); and in subsection (e), by striking National Highway System each place it appears and inserting Interstate System .
