Section 101(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraph
(6)and inserting the following: The term Federal-aid highway means a highway on the Interstate System eligible for assistance under this chapter. ; in paragraph (12), by striking section 103(c) and inserting section 103(b) ; by striking paragraph (16); and by redesignating paragraphs
(17)through
(34)as paragraphs
(16)through (33), respectively.
