(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ), is amended— by redesignating subparagraphs
(J)through
(M)as subparagraphs
(K)through (N), respectively; and by inserting after subparagraph
(I)the following new subparagraph: quantum information sciences; .
